Contempo Property Holdings, Inc. came into being born out of a real estate developer’s dream to offer better living options to upwardly mobile mid-income householders.

Beverly Dayanan cast her eyes on this market segment after 5 years of heading a real estate development company that sold almost 3,000 house and lot packages for families looking for a start-up with low monthly amortization. She disposed of her stake in the mass housing company and established a new company, Contempo Property Holdings, Inc., to fulfill her dream of offering affordable residential projects with a difference.

Contempo’s flagship project, Bamboo Bay, encapsulates all the values that aim to enhance lifestyles for people aspiring to provide their families an ideal place to live, for the children to grow up in. And more. Having heard prospective buyers express the wish to be in a community of ideal neighbors, Contempo’s focus shall be exactly that: to shape communities of good neighbors.

Tower One of Bamboo Bay was launched in November, 2013 and inaugurated in December 2015. Tower Two was inaugurated in December 2016. Tower 3 is scheduled for inauguration on August 2019.

All are located in a one-hectare prime property along two major cities, Cebu City and Mandaue City; just minutes away from schools, malls, markets, hospitals, and other conveniences.

To ensure sustainability, we shall provide guidance and expertise to the homeowners association through programs that aim to generate resources and motivation in running an ideal community in partnership with professional property managers.
